The quota of your email boxes can be setup via your web hosting control panel - cPanel. Each email box is taking from the overall web hosting space quota.
Please note if your email box hit the setup from you quota limit the email address will not e able to receive emails anymore before the quota is increased or you delete some of the old email addresses.
1. Access cPanel:
- Log in to your web hosting account.
- Navigate to the cPanel dashboard.
2. Locate Email Section:
- Look for the 'Email' section within cPanel.
3. Email Accounts:
- Click on 'Email Accounts' to view a list of your existing email addresses.
4. Quota Settings:
- Find the email account for which you want to set up or modify the storage quota.
5. Modify Quota:
- Locate the 'Quota' or 'Storage' option next to the respective email account.
- Enter the desired storage limit in megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB).
6. Save Changes:
- Save your changes to apply the new quota limit.
